A bakery that belongs to Hendersonville
Stacy Fields and her family are the heart and hands behind Mini Batch Bakery. After moving to Henderson County in 2014, they started Raspberry Fields in 2018 — a dream that began simply with raspberries, seasonal produce, and a desire to reconnect people to the local land. From humble beginnings at farmers markets, where strawberries, jams, and homemade treats introduced the community to their flavors, Stacy discovered a deeper passion: baking.
Working alongside her family, Stacy expanded slowly and intentionally. What started with berries grew into muffins, preserves, and eventually full-loaves and pastries. In 2022, the Fields family opened the doors of Mini Batch Bakery in Hendersonville’s 7th Avenue Historic District — a space to bring together everything they love: fresh ingredients, honest recipes, and community.
Their philosophy is rooted in family, seasonality, and care. Whether it’s choosing local produce, crafting small batches, or leaning into the feedback of regulars, every loaf, pie, and cookie reflects the Fields’ commitment to baking something true and meaningful for their neighbors.
